Here's my $.02Let's compare a business, such as the software business you mentioned, to a Real Estate Investor's business.With a software business, the business owner has to do the following to generate a successful business organization.

The more organized ones will provide you a nicer proposal, but still take a long time and will be 30-50% more expensive.  

Ewa is nice but the traffic going in and coming out of Ewa if you are going to town is crazy.  

How many people would see me sitting in traffic on the Dan Ryan I-90/I94 everyday when I commuted 2 hours home in stop and go rush hour traffic from the Chicago downtown area.  

Instead of driving them to your website you just drive traffic directly to your phone. 

@Michael SwanSwanny, you seem like a very organized person, have you made detailed plans to get you to your desired exit point in 10 years?  

I've messaged one of the group organizers in my area and let him know that I was interested in attending one of his meetings.
