Cat will probably have to have the bottom of the wallboard replaced.If there are heating vents in the floor, wash those.A lot of people won't notice faint dog smell, but everybody seems to be able to detect even the slightest smell of cat, so you have to be sure to get it all.

Find a market that has likely bottomed (or is reasonably close) and that indicates upward population trends, and move a good chunk of the $150K into low-priced REOs that you hold as rentals.

The tenants finally told me that there was the facet was leaking and by then the bottom of the cabinet rotted out completely.So I don't see either contract helping me in that situation, because it probably took me a few hours to rebuild a new bottom cabinet and rip out all the rotten out stuff.

Why is it, that after reading page 1 and then I press the icon for page 2 it takes me to the BOTTOM of page 2 instead of the top?
