Is there a phone number or email I can contact you at?

I guess my question is, how can you either a) find their phone number so you can call them about your interest in their property b) get the type of information you would normally from a site like list source, where you see equity %, etc. 

The lessons learned on your upcoming deal is far better than what a mentor on the phone can instruct you to do.

You also have to consider that each page is unique in that it uses your target market, phone number and business information.  

We can just talk on the phone, but I'm not making a special drive to talk or to pick up money.

My number one piece of advice is to load up a podcast app on your phone and starting listening to the BP podcast from episode one to the current while you are driving or whenever you have time.  

The phone should also have call waiting and either an answering machine or voice mail system.

The renter has to pay (with a debit/credit card ) before the report is generated, It also has an app for your smart phone. 

The details of the phone call are not as important as dealing with the phone call itself.
