Also keep in mind grass is not always greener.. you can go out of state but buy high quality.. low quality and you will wonder why you sold easy to manage Couv props for hard to manage low value or quality property 2 miles away..

Not really, currently studying to be a real estate agent myself, as many realtors on the island do not have great response times, nor do they go the extra mile to find the deal (nor run the investment numbers).

and for those who don't know that is about 75 miles out into the central valley from SF people will commute to east bay and San Jose I guess from there.
