I work about 13 hours a day sun up to sun down at the moment, which is also why I developed a vision to retire through realesstate investing coming from a financially illiterate background I made it my goal to become financially literate and have been working on it for some years now reading listening to podcasts, checking this forum daily , takingnotes, ,digesting all that I can, I also made it my goal to teach financial literacy to children starting with my family members..

I've read quite a few books and have watched and listened to countless hours of podcasts and videos over the past couple of months, trying to immerse myself and soak up as much RE investment information as possible.

I'm new to biggerpockets but have been doing a lot of research on BRRR by reading, watching, and listening.

After you’ve done a few deals of that type of strategy you can move on.I would recommend listening to the BP Money Podcast and figure out ways to make more money, spend less, so that in 12-24 months, you can start investing yourself.

I have listened to podcasts and in the process of reading several books to educate myself on the foundations of investing in real estate.
