I'm glad I found this app, so many resources under one platform

BP has provided a platform for education and networking which i believe will help me reach my investing goals.  

Seems like anther scam artist now leveraging legit companies through lawsuits alleging those companies used unfair practices, which he himself engaged in for years until he got caught.

I don't have any contracts of my own and definitely want to be legit and make sure I have all my bases covered legally when I start.

What is the usual way of going about this process to ensure everything is done legit?

Are you referring to custodians, hard money lending companies, P2P lending platforms, or something else?
