Hi everyone, I would like to start the wholesaling business in USA and I talked to a CPA in Canada for registering a US C-corp with a Canadian holding Company for "asset protection and tax" purposes.

Despite the small town feel, lots of research companies, an Amazon warehouse close by along with high paying science, tech, research jobs and even Costco is now building here.

No property management company in LA is going to help you rent by the room.

Or should I be focusing on housing for insurance companies ?
