Is a good questions.You need to understand how seller financing can benefit the seller(write a list of seller financing benefits) and how you can show them that their mortgage will be secured and what they can do (leverage) with the note if they need to liquidate in a hurry.What ever they say, put your demands and request in writing in your contract offer.Verbal words help, but the written word in a real contract offers is much better.
