I have HO6 insurance and an Umbrella policy to my name.

I imagine a situation where you rent an expensive piece of machinery, and then their employee damages it, and now your left trying to collect from their insurance while being on the hook with the rental company.  

Has anyone had to get General Liability Insurance for their wholesaling business?

To finance the remediation we took out a HELOC to the tune of $70k with a bit of money from insurance (another saga) ... paying $600 month interest only on HELOC.The house was just appraised at $514,500. 

Which is why the BRRRR Method or Sub To or Assumptions or all of these other strategies are important.

Is there any company’s that you can suggest that you have had good experiences with and trust or maybe another strategy of managing a long distance STR.

Every state I have worked in, as part of getting a license they must have proper insurance.

I recently had a conversation about this strategy with a financial planner.
