i have a slight issue and have heard horror stories about leading i just started my llc for my investing business and found a great opportunity to buy a commercial mixed use building located in my home town in new york. now i guess my question really is what do you think the best method to finance this deal is without any assets in the lcc at the moment

We had an additional $17.5K in private lending come to us after we made the deal, and we budgeted that for the reno. 9 months and $30K later (as the story always goes) we had a tenant moved in and ready to pay rent.

There will always be ups and downs but I now know I will get through and in my personal life I will be happy.Every time I've been knocked down those words always inspire me. 

Main building is a 3 story + basement with 1400 sq ft on each floor.

The most interesting story is one attorney who informed me that he has a lot of business in Cuba and he has a contract with a particular hotel.
