get a paying job in the industry and save.. real estate is not an industry or job that you can do without resources of a financial nature .but you can get hired on to do many jobs in and around real estate and earn while you learn.

@Aaron Klatt  I read the post as though he sought to hire or partner with a flipper.

I don't even know... it's like he doesn't know the answer, but he has to because he is the broker... as far as a mentor at the agency that is virtually non existent.

We have hired a realtor for the listing however I am not sure how much marketing he is doing since there is no activity on the listing.

I was thinking about adding pictures in there as well to enhance the marketing package.For those of you who have hired professionals to take pictures of your property, where did you find them? 

I've hired a property manager for my duplex in Walla to get experience managing a manager as well.

I would hire some kind of attorney and sue the hell out of the city to get your portion of the money back from them and then demolish the house and walk away.
