Almost decided to head for SD this weekend for the holiday but heading north towards the mountains instead.

I am sure I have more questions but these are just a few off the top of my head.

I am looking at a property heading towards a foreclosure auction and our title search has uncovered 3 IRS tax liens on the property.

@Darren Sager Thanks for the welcome, I am already taking advantage of most of the resources you mentioned, but I appreciate the heads up.

The case managers for the Section 8 program can be quite helpful and you will be helping them by giving them a "heads up" as they will be working with their client to secure a new housing arrangement for your tenant.

They really cost about $225 installed but $200 is easier to add in my head.

What I have done, however, is read, post, comment, take notes, listen to blogs and network with people on this wonderful website.There is so much information on here, that it can be a little overwhelming at times, and of course, there are differing opinions on almost every subject in regards to Real Estate (except for the awesomeness of this site).As newbies (for those who are), we have a tendancy to dive in head first without planning, having a clear vision and setting reasonable goals.
