I used to use Cozy.co as a payment and issue reporting portal for my tenants, but I didn’t like what apartments.com did with it when they bought them out.Before I had my real estate license, I’d only post my rentals to Zillow.  

Verify everything they send you.If you are on Facebook, start consistently posting what you're looking for.

Hi, If a rental property come to market with $400-500 lower than market and be close to your rental property that you posted one week back, what will you do?

Smaller cabins benefit more from last minute plans than large cabins do.Someone just posted about social media presence and how that can boost your search placement.

Regarding inspections, some PMCs will be at all, some will only be at the ones that have a high risk of failure or a problem tenant (renewal inspections).These are all questions you should ask when interviewing PMCs.Encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.
