You can then proceed to calculate what the property by itself is producing in the form of cash flow and determine if owning the property itself is of any value.

I learned this after I did some more research. 5k on 100k LOC is really good when you compare it to a hard money loan, however, the damage it will do to your credit score short term is too much of a risk for me. 

My question is, does anyone else have a similar business structure and if so, do you take your profits from your flips as a distribution or as wages in the form of paychecks?

I think C & D can be confused at times, but for me it is D class will have the highest crime and largest vacancies in the area.

I'm just starting off and these leads are expensive for me!
