They are expanding the major freeway that connects Pearland to downtown so traffic is bad right now, but I believe they are expected to finish in late 2019 so the area is only going to explode more than it already is.

My intention was to eventually fix it up, buy a second house, then rent this one out.Well it's time.I've already put an egress window in my basement (it's finished) so it can be used as a bedroom (there's a closet and full bath down there too).

If your DIY tenant doesn't quite do enough sanding in the corners and the new finish doesn't look quite as good there as it does in more accessible areas, but the tenant thinks it looks fine, who decides it's incomplete?

The husband has very good credit of 706, no late payments and is the primary breadwinner; his wife is a SAHM, has poor credit of 594, mostly due to late payments (some 120 days late) of student loans, some as recently as April 2018.
