I know what I’m speaking of on this one as I had a partner my first few years of investing.Best regards well that’s not necessarily true .. if you take title in land trusts you can JV with a partner and pass your percentage interest on to your children ( beneficiaries) much better than partnering up in a llc and fighting over stuff if somebody dies or wants to quit

I actually was able to get MLS back in the late 70s without joining the santa clara county board.. it was a fight but they had to let me.. but it was just me myself and I I was my own broker. with no other agents.
