So what I did this past Saturday is scheduled a good bit of showings, so that I wouldn't have to keep making trips multiple days, but now I am thinking about scheduling an open house.What are you experiences with either one?

I wash them off when they need it, and shake out the floor mats or vacuum the car out between trips (depending on the guests how well they kept the car clean).

We do vacation there at least once or twice a year and though we could at least write off part of our trips, but the cash flow is so illusive there.
