Hi, I'm planning another trip to the USA this year, and will be specifically looking for property to wholesale during my trip.At this stage I'm not looking to start an LLC until I've completed several deals.Could someone please advise if I'll need an ITIN or TIN for the escrow agent/Title company to release funds to me when the transactions are complete?

Good point Jon, I usually try to make it short, sometimes things are more involved and still only scratch the surface.I do skim long posts, those asking a question but first have to tell us how many kids they have, hobbies, favorite dinner, favorite song, color of hair and eyes, not sure if they are asking a real estate question or trying to date someone. ;)I just can't resist mentioning my old buddy from the Sunshine State;@Dion DePaoli  LOL :)

The favorite line I got was "you might as well throw all your money away" when someone close to me heard we had purchased a property. 

They also explained how they are able to purchase apartments using everyone’s favorite - OPM (Other People’s Money)... but without "traditional" private equity loans and ... without any interest!

I treat my 3 tenants with highest respect and even sent them $100 gift cards to their favorite store this Christmas but I have no need to advertise for more tenants.
