There may be better options out there but this is what Im familiar and experienced with so this is just my personal opinion from my personal experiences.

I am in need of an experienced CPA from CT who specializes in Real Estate, for  Tax and software recommendations, and yearly returns.

The DST is viewed as an estate planning tool, and therefore exempt from the far-reaching corporate tax laws set forth by California’s FTB.I would agree that having a CPA that is experienced in Real Estate appears to be a good idea at this point. 

I am going to have a professional inspector come out as I had a very thorough one recommended to me recently, just wanted some opinions from those more experienced.

Finally, we had higher turnover in those areas than we've experienced in other areas we've invested.So, in short, while we "did ok" on investments in Albany, we sold everything there except one SFH. 

Any experienced rental real estate people need help, I am your person.

I'm slowly progressing in my knowledge and look forward to learning more and more with BP and hopefully some take home nuggets from other experienced investors as well.
