@Chris Sullens The paint we used was Sherwin Williams.Inside Walls - Zircon SW-7667Accent Walls - Web Grey SW-7075Outside - Summit Gray SW-7669Inside Trim - Bright White We bought a ton of sample to finally get to these colors and so glad we did.

The bank might not even exercise this clause.

For the bulky part maybe put something in it like sample aspirin packets from Walgreens, et al. 

My wife was convinced it was a training exercise for the agent.

If you decide to keep the tile floor as is, then I would not do gray cabinets with out trying a few sample colors on the wall to see if it works. 

Its an easy exercise based on seeing comparables.
