Basically, my Investor would fund a specific loan not be part of a pool of funds.One thought is I would maintain my same process and loan docs that I've used with my Borrowers where my LLC would be the Primary Lender, manage the loan and receive payments from the Borrower.

Another thing I struggle with is that at one point the big house where my son grew up was 800K, and now its only 550k, so that's another issue I am having in addition to an emotional attachment to that house.

Some cities have no problem putting landlords in a bad spot should a tenannt not pay the process of eviction in your area I don't believe is short.

Try reaching out to your local building department and ask them if there is a process or procedure for this. 

Find out how many units are in the process of being built and  what permits have been granted to estimate further building activity and monitor land sales for more projects in the future.

Hello all, I am reading on the real estate investing process and i plan to buy my first property with an FHA loan, however, as i am no one with any experience on rehabbing i have this concern of pricing. 

I understand the fundamentals of buy and hold investing, but what I would really love to learn more about is the BRRRR strategy and the renovation process. 

Starting a conversation up with the local Planning Department about your intended uses is a good place to start that can fill you in on the process or let you know where what you want to do might be acceptable.
