People with electric cars can still get to their vacation destination with little impact.Put in a charging station to attract them.I have been considering doing this.

Then once the leases are up, start renovating the units... include low flow toilets etc...4. replace the guts, plumbing HVAC, electrical etc...Is this right, does anyone have a blueprint or checklist??? 

I know most of the basics but will not work on electrical or plumbing. 

Eg What time will the electric be installed?  

Inflation constantly erodes buying power; each year, it costs more to buy the same set of goods.

I can do most of it remotely, but there are times where I really need someone on the ground to run an errand for me, like meet the utility company and show them where the trees need trimming near the power lines, to drain the water heater, etc. 

It becomes a problem with water and electricity because they know they dont have to pay them out of pocket they will leave lights on etc.
