Electrical Sub-metering Advice

Khaled Sethi
Posted

Hi,

I’m looking for electrical sub-metering solutions for my multi-family property. There are a bunch of companies that provide this service. Realpage, Genea, and Inovonics are just a few of them. Has anyone worked with this type of service? What were your experiences like, good or bad? Which companies would you recommend using or avoiding? And any other pearls of wisdoms that you had wished you knew ahead of time?

Thank you! Your help is very much appreciated.
