Thanks @Stephanie P. for allll of your input, I apologize for any insult but I didn't feel like you were grasping understanding o the situation and just being quick to judge instead of educate. 

You will want to ask about fees, commission splits and what education and perks they offer to their brokers.

Is the Bill Vaughn's "Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate and more" a good resource to learning about real estate. Are the strategies discussed current and implementable?

This will leave my current portfolio at 15 units all located in Milwaukee, WI.In no way am I tuting my horn, this is to show new-comers, like me, with the right education and hard work you can achieve good returns in this industry.

Educate yourself as much as you can.

At the end of the day I realize I should go to an attorney for advice and help setting this up, but was hoping to get some initial feedback to have an educated conversation.My initial thought was to create an LLC for each individual property, and then one for each of of the siblings.  

I am in the education process but I hope to build some momentum soon and get things rolling.

I have been working on my first investment, my finance and real estate education, for about 3 months now.

Get educated and learn everything you can so you can take advantage of the opportunities you have when you are able to move off base.
