Introducing myself. New aspiring investor in WA state.

Andrew Larson
Posted

Greetings, my name is Andrew. I am a husband, father of two, electrician (for now) and aspiring real estate buy-&-hold investor. I have been working on my first investment, my finance and real estate education, for about 3 months now. Subscribed to Pro to get more involved and have access to the calculators so I can practice the practicals and analyze deals. I want to own one rental property in my local market, Tacoma, that cash flows $200 or more per month by the end of this year. I have questions galore about the fine details and the practical application of a lot of concepts that I have heard of or learned about. If anyone knows excellent local property management companies, real estate agents, contractors (for when I do BRRRRRRRRRRs, especially) lawyers, and any other specialist I may need to know in order to begin, please, let me know.
Looking forward to pestering you all with my questions in the other posts.
Thanks.
