Hi Micheal, I was looking to invest in Fourplexes, Triplex's or Duplexes.

I’ve found my passion and now I’m going to run through every wall until I’m able to be financially free!!

I am finding duplexes and single family homes for under $60,000 that I believe would provide a 20%+ cash on cash return and a couple hundred bucks minimum cash flow each month. 

I would use that money to invest somewhere most likely a couple single family or a duplex.

Nathan Platter I would say my properties are mostly B class propeties with 1-2 in A and 1 d property which is a duplex and money maker.
