Has anyone had any luck getting the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control to bill tenants directly instead of landlords?

They provide a nice centralized marketplace for syndications, which could otherwise be tougher to find.Now that I know this exists, and due to the fact I’m accredited (so I can invest in all kinds of fun stuff more directly than ownership of a public equity) I am wondering if there are other reputable platforms that facilitate direct investment in other alternative asset classes.

However, I've recently come across some private lenders willing to lend their own funds directly on their own, some with significantly lower interest rates.

@Moses Lucero,As long as those investments are completely separate and you are personally not receiving any benefit from your IRA directly (or indirectly) you should be able to partner with this person.

For it to count as an appointment you or someone from your company must have seen the seller's house in person, and you must be buying direct from the seller, not daisy chaining. 

I'm a fan of Groundfloor for their easy to set up self-directed IRA options which can be invested in debt only deals, avoiding the UBIT and UDFT penalties of equity deals.

It's good that you had the opportunity to speak directly to the seller, just make sure you're listening to what they have to say.
