Cash flow doesn't include non-cash items such as depreciation and amortization.If the vehicle is going to be mixed use, which it sounds like it is, generally it's more advantageous to keep it in your name.

I don't feel good about this, but they are great long-term tenants with a delightful little girl, whom they want to enjoy watching puppies come into the world.As background, I decided after too many bad dog experiences to no longer accept dogs on this property, but that was after this family got their dachshund.
