The recovery is slow, and it is happening.

have a few more space heaters ready to go if things get really cold.. watch out for plumbing.. you might want to keep water flowing a slow drip.. 

Great reminder for me to slow down and go back to a. doing solid due diligence and b. negotiating.

Vernon-I think so many questions need to get answered before anyone here can give you a deep and thoughtful answer. 

Rabbit holes can be deep once you get into the property having the cash to address issues... golden !
