But right now I am having issues with them in general and the idea of yet another governing body telling me what I can do with my house is not inline with my values and they don't seem to enforce the rules that I was hoping they would enforce which is why I bought here in the first place.

But between transaction costs, taxes, etc. it seems nearly half the proceeds go to the government or the realtors.

Also what form must these visiting students have from the government to confirm they are here legally?

@Dawn Anastasi is right on, the writing on the wall and dog feces - the claim that damage such as this is due to domestic violence is simply not credible.

Since we're in this biz, we must have a consistent, daily presence in order to gain exposure and build credibility with our customers/clients/leads.
