What would be the best way to get a seller to agree to seller financing?

Other courses are Cris Chico and Fritz Joseph, those are good (from what I hear) and they both offer a lot of free how-to on their YT channels.As I agree with @Kevin Phu in that you can learn most of what you need just by searching YT.

Luc,I agree with the gentlemen's advice above me- Start slowly learning about the city and the people that live in the area- I am a big fan of following the L - I tried to look at areas that are near any train stop as those are areas where the city corridors are.
