I think that majority of the information being told is true as it relates to events that occurred in his life.However, the problem comes in when people who think they are going to get a detailed action plan from the book that costs about $20.00 The book serves as an overview nothing more because some things written in a book don't hold true in this day in time.

just a quick overview of how it all started and what kicked it off for you's.and if its not too much to ask in one post, i do have a question in regards to financing, as per my recent post, we are currently building our first home and with a loan of AUD $390k, would the banks say no if I apply for another loan for my first investment property?

So be careful.Generally, the most comprehensive and accurate way to watch for foreclosures is to understand your state's notification requirements and go to the source.
