In the Tri-Valley area, it is much more common to see 30/14/14.  

They are not very common, most sales trigger something called a due on sale clause, which simply means the mortgage has to be paid in full.Some properties have assumptions, some don't.

Yesterday I received a rejection letter from the new management company stating that the by-laws state that the association is only responsible for common elements, and not the units.It doesn't explain that if a common element's failure damages a condo unit then ____ is responsible.I have sent emails calling the both parties abusive.
