Shows credit, ok, shows judgments, payment history and says NO convictions.For kicks and giggles, I googled him a few minutes ago and BAM, he was charged  with sexual misconduct with a minor child in March 2018.

@Renita BoreeAfter our latest round with schools and doctors, I'm beginning to think every sensitive child with a bit of spirit in North America is labelled to have ADD or Aspergers these days.Up here "service animals" - which are predominately dogs - are to be trained and to have a temperament certification which distinguishes them from a "companion animal".

If the husband is paying rent directly and he signs a 12 month lease and you verify his income/liabilities, I would not ask for a divorce decree to verify alimony/child support.

I have lived in a primary single family residence in Mansfield for 19 years, owned a lakefront cottage in New Hampshire for a couple of years (back in the late 2000s) that I rented out as a weekly vacation rental before selling it with a small profit a few weeks before my second child was born (not enough rentals scheduled during the last six months or so to cover the mortgage).
