After countless jobs I’ve always had a burning desire to be my own boss and live MY life by design.

You could certainly make money but you might get burned too.  

The outlet by their bed started sparking when her phone was plugged in, it ended up burning the outlet.

I think the burning car story is a bit far-fetched.

Carpets were stained with cigarette burns and dog pee, it looked like in the last couple months the dogs just peed inside in every room and the tenant made absolutely no effort to clean it up, it was caked and crusting... but the carpets were over a decade old anyways so I didn't shed any tears about replacing them.

She does Brazilian Jui Jitsu, gymnastics, Mandarin classes, violin, piano, singing, art (she’s won money in that already) and of course general school homework,  so I don’t want to burn her out.

Having a grandson that works for Cal Fire, I am always very sensitive to where the fires are burning and the damage being done.

I've seen to many people get burned being penny wise, I recommend doing this the right way

I’m only burning $1,500 a month on marketing with good results so it’s not out of control yet.

We are a little burned out on the Nashville area (where we currently) live and not interested in investing here.
