Newbie out of Gardena, CA (South Bay) !!

Hi folks my name is Courtney, Mr. Courtney that is. I am a newbie to the Real Estate industry. The idea of getting into Real Estate has floated in my head for some time, but I am now ready to jump start this new journey. After countless jobs I’ve always had a burning desire to be my own boss and live MY life by design. My interest is to become a Full Time flipper. I am open to any questions or comments. If there is anyone out there willing to mentor me and/or allow me to pick their brain please let me know. I’d be more than willing to meet over a cup of coffee. I am super excited about this new journey. I am a parent of 1 and I would like to be able to free up my time, to invest more time with my son. I have some experience as an appraiser and some slight experience remodeling. Thanks BP community.
