Hi Everyone,Can anyone share their experience managing general contractors remotely?

When the time is right and I have more experience investing and a bigger network my goal is to flip houses on a more regularly.Excited to learn and connect with you all and glad to help in any way that I can!

If not, It's possible for you the create the market with the best luxury experience in Castle Rock, but obviously a little risky. 

It's going to be slightly intimidating to talk to experience professionals at first, but if you put yourself out there and provide value, you will find people going out of their way to help you.

In my experience these companies try to nickel and dime you as much as they can to increase their profits.

I’m willing to bet you’ve done a lot of research about wholesaling, flipping, etc. but still feel lacking in experience and knowledge.  

If you have little to no PM experience, then you're better off hiring a professional PMC.EVERYONE thinks it's easy to DIY property manage - until something goes wrong and you have no clue what to do!

@Jeffrey Albaum, some of our clients have had good experiences with BuilderTrend as a project management software.

That will vary depending upon your experience level, the quality of the property, the cash flow of the property, and the lender's appetite for that type of loan.

Well we do have 4 years experience as landlords.
