Is there an app or software to send mass text messages?

Our PM software (Appfolio) allows for rent to be paid by credit card (as does most consumer payment software like Cozy).I see a lot of people giving advice on their new higher qualifications and would ask how much vacancy they are willing to have to find an applicant that may never come along. 

On Thursday begins Plan A, I’m gonna ask for a raise at my current W2 full-time software engineering job, and plan B, if that raise gets declined, I’ll ask to move my job WFH full-time to OR/WA, and if that fails, I start job searching for a WFH full-time software engineering job & also visit multifamily property in OR/WA.

Looking for a serious property management software that is reasonably priced.Not a landlord software, looking for something a property manager can grow and scale with.

I'm also jaded because I have literally spent 7 hours on phone calls this week with clients and their "bookkeepers" who have software and apps....but without the right knowledge having software is useless if it's all wrong.
