For an LLC that remodels and/or holds, from what I understand, it is advised to have:-Builder's Risk/Property (for remodels/flips)-General Liability-UmbrellaRegarding the General Liability, is it advised to have commercial/business liability in addition to the general liability attached to the property?

Hey @Trevonte Mosby, the only deals anywhere near 1% that I'm seeing on the MLS lately are attached properties in rougher neighborhoods and underpriced SFRs that end up selling for well over asking.My advice would be to grow as many lead gen sources as possible.
