I said these contracts have fallen out of favor with me arising from two matters dealing with executing deeds and circumventing foreclosure law together with Dodd-Frank if applicable.That said, since Dodd-Frank is not applicable, a contract for deed would be preferable in your case as an installment purchase, the remaining deed issues can be addressed.

Hi Guys I'm located in the chicagoland area and I have been getting quotes on drywall installation for a 1100 sq ft home and the prices haven't been very consistent, I'm getting quotes from $12-20 dollars a sheet. that's hung and taped. don't wanna go with the cheap guy or the expensive guy who would only sub it out to the cheap guy just to make a few bucks.

Hello,I'm looking at a property in NJ and the broker is telling me it's a 2 familybut I check the tax records thru the city and they have it listed as a 3 family.I'm assuming the city and tax records are correct.I asked if there is a green card (5 year state inspection) and the broker said that is only applicable to 3 family+ properties.If I buy the property and the state has not been inspecting the property, what is my responsibility?
