To the left of that you have affordable housing all the way down to 700 and below that you have sub-standard housing.On the right side you have 4 star and 5 star going up to 2000. and above that you have the luxury market from 2k to 5k. 

@Jackson Simison a BRRRR only comes from finding a rock solid deal.

Do you think you should get a 1 star review and ripped in their review because of the fireplace?

You or your agent should be pushing for a response from that listing agent prior to the expiration of your offer.However, if the property is in a hot seller's market, the listing agent may tell you to go kick rocks to see if a better offer comes in.If it's not an extremely competitive market, you could consider offering $XXX,000 but if the offer isn't accepted by [date/time] offering less.

Due to some personal decisions I bought a new home in round rock, about 7 miles further north of my current place and I'm moving there in a couple of months.I was initially planning on selling my Pville home right after the move but now I'm thinking I may keep it for a few years, perhaps for another 5 years or so while the original builder warranty is still active, and keep it as a rental.
