IT IS NOT A SCAM........IT IS A SIMPLE, PROFESSIONALLY EXECUTED, VERY LUCRATIVE INVESTMENT OPTION!!!!! 

I would think reaching out to party planners, wedding planners, photographers, and maybe schools, churches, synagogues and youth groups might be a good place to start. 

I already have a real estate agent on it, photographing, looking into any current issues, et cetera.Thanks!
