I’m always so wary of low cost houses.Funny story, I moved into a rental my mother owns in Westport CT with my girl friend because I am working with P&Z on adding a 1200 sqft addition to pay a very low rent (at cost of the loan to build and it utilities) while we rent the existing residence out.It turned out that next door the owner was looking to sell, which is a duplex.
