Another Fine example of our government representatives bashing others and then wanting forgiveness.

Also, when in the planning stages, you might put in applications with the state and local governments for a Tax abatement for a scheduled period of time.This tax abatement would make the development more marketable when/if you decide to get out.

I see that all the time even with my tenants, when they're on one of the government programs that pays most of their rent!

I have a nice steady career with the federal government so I am not worried about being laid off at all ever.

In previous examples banks, and major corporations were not owned by the government.

That will only happen when things get so bad that MILLIONS of people are ready to march on Washington and protest in the streets for a sustained period of time.The Chosen One is doing his best to destroy the country and implement a socialist form of government.
