Hello all, I wanted to know if anyone in the Houston Tx area has used “The Flipmans” one page contract I was recently told a lot of title companies do not like dealing w/one page contracts here anymore and I will be using his to get my 1st house under contract was wondering if anyone had any info on what title company doesn’t mind the use of the one page contract “FliPmams“ specifically or if you recommend just using the standard 1-4 TREC please let me know thank you!
