Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

This goes back to doing more due diligence - talk to investors who have properties in those areas and to 5 experienced property management companies (instead of just 3) who will tell you what properties are renting for, potential problems, tenant base, etc

Can anybody recommend a good property management company in Portsmouth ?

Unlike Yelp, where reviews on there are many times fake, removed for paying clients, etc.Looking for: Longevity (years in BUSINESS), warranty, and fair on pricing.
