Because we have stable W-2 we can be more selective in our buying and don't have to spend every night and weekend rehabbing in order to get $200 cash flow to put food on the table. 

Take a long weekend off. 

I wish I could say it was a logical thought process that caused me to start an LLC, but actually a drug dealer took over two of three units in a house, turned it into a pharmacy(not a legal one, of course,) the cops initiated a no-knock warrant, they knocked the door down the day after Christmas, the pipes froze after the drug dealers were hauled off, and just general pandemonium ensued from there!

I drove up every weekend for a year to manage the workers and do some of the work myself.

I work full time and spend any chance I can fixing up the houses, it is my “side hussle”, and I now own three homes in two years. you won’t be spending your weekends at the beach or taking vacations. 

Now I am able to start again and will be re-reading the book this weekend and outlining a plan to start.

This weekend I will start on the one in my room.

He started it as an Airbnb, and was getting decent bookings on the weekend, and 1 or 2 week nights here and there.
