I have everyone's names (even children) written on the lease.

. ;)Honestly I'd rather have her move out first so I can spend some time cleaning up and fixing minor items (picture nail holes, wiping down/touching up walls from having two small children in the house, etc).

I would love to hear from others that move every 2 years and those that don't on the various pros and cons.If your wondering why I would move out while trying to sell my home you probably don't have young children (or they are at least far less destructive than mine).

What you should know is that as leader of a professional team, they won’t be expecting you to write a check out to them if something goes wrong… They won’t be coming to get your children, your house, your dog, or your car… That’s what non-recourse loans are about.

She has two older children that live with her and both are ill (wheelchair bound, etc.).

If you don't, don't feel too bad because my 19 and 22 year old children haven't learned that either.
