Am I overcomplicating this?

MLS is quiet this time of year and I thought maybe I’d get lucky.

However, I'm quite new to this technology and would appreciate any guidance.Could anyone recommend reputable AI chatbot service providers that cater to the real estate industry?

First, yes, this is a very common form of agent marketing. 

I’m new to working on the investor side of real estate, but I’m ready to build strong relationships and dive into this side of the business.

Overall I would say it is a great area to live in, because of jobs, cost of living, laws in place (this one more for the landlords), attractions, colleges, etc.
