at least you were able to keep the old format/theme before, but they've disabled it now. everything is going mobile, but it's atrocious to see how much space is wasted on a nice wide screen monitor. the good ol' "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" fits to the T here. i say keep the old format for the desktops and the new one for the cell users, or at least have that option to switch back and forth.

When you get into commercial (5+ units) then the income method is more widely used.In addition to price per square foot, look at price per unit based upon comparable unit square footages, # bed, # baths, and condition.

If your main issue is the tenants leaving the common door wide open and you're worried about vandalism or rain/snow etc getting into your common entry area, you could install self close hinges on the door so it would automatically shut after its been opened which would eliminate that problem

Reviewing pictures I took (I will often take 50-75 "before" pictures) you could definitely see a lean at the top of the wall from a specific angle.
